Medication Management

Our approach to medication management is thoughtful, intentional, and grounded in the belief that medications are just one part of the healing process—not the entire solution. We recognize that medications can be overused in today’s healthcare system, and our goal is never to prescribe more than is truly necessary. In many cases, meaningful improvements can be achieved by addressing lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily habits, which we actively incorporate into care whenever possible.

When medication is needed, it is used carefully and purposefully, with a focus on finding the lowest effective dose and regularly reassessing its benefit. We are not here to simply prescribe medications, but to partner with patients in making informed, balanced decisions that support both mental health and overall well-being. The goal is always to use the right tools—medication included—at the right time, in a way that promotes long-term stability and quality of life.

TMS Treatment

What is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain.

During the treatment, a small coil is placed on the patient’s head and painless magnetic pulses are sent to the targeted area of the brain.

TMS is a well-tolerated depression treatment option that does not require any anesthesia or surgery. TMS treatment typically involves daily sessions over several weeks and patients can resume their normal activities immediately following each session.
