We would love to see you in person and sometimes there are reasons that you are required to be seen in person. We do offer telehealth services. We use telehealth through our electronic medical record, Simple Practice. It should automatically send you a link when we schedule a telehealth appointment. If you do not get the link please send us a message through the patient portal in Simple practice.

We will use Doxy.me as a back-up telehealth service if we cannot get Simple Practice working. Click the Button below to get into that waiting room. Other instructions are below.

Things to consider before your appointment:

1. Check your Telehealth Insurance coverage.

2. Complete your paperwork ahead of time (forms and consents from your Provider)

3. Find a private location for your call if possible

  • Limit distractions

  • Find a quiet space

  • Adjust lighting

4. Set up your device ahead of time

  • Be sure your device is charged

  • Check your microphone and camera are working

  • Make sure you have a strong internet connection

  • For technical support see our For Patients: Technical Guide
